When you submit the contact form, we process the information you provide:

Name — to address you and handle your enquiry.
Email address — to reply and communicate with you.
Subject and content of your message — to assess your enquiry.
Technical data (IP address, submission date) — to secure the form and protect it against misuse.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your data to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is:

your consent given by submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), and
our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

4. Retention period

We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 24 months after the last contact, or until you withdraw your consent. We then securely delete it.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data may be made available to our processors who provide technical services, particularly our web hosting and email service providers. We have appropriate data processing agreements in place with these entities. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU or use it for automated decision-making.

6. Your rights

In relation to the processing of your data, you have the right:

to access and rectify your data,
to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”) and restriction of processing,
to object to processing and exercise your right to data portability,
to withdraw your consent at any time by emailing richard.suchanek@squadro.cz,
to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
